- Abraham had water brought for visitors feet to be washed.
- Lot also wanted the visitors to have water to wash their feet.
- Genesis 19:1-29
- How could Lot even think of offering his daughters?
- In our society today that is just totally unthinkable.
- Corruption corrupts and when you are a little more righteous than your neighbors,
you don't realize how much you have been affected.
-
We too have been corrupted as a society. 20 years ago we would not have even thought
of allowing homosexual perverts being allowed to teach our children in school.
Now Congress is trying to pass laws to protect these perverts and put them on equal footing
as decent people who marry as God instructed. 20 years ago these people stayed in the closet,
because if they came out they would be fired and put in a mental institution. The corruption of
society is slowly corrupting us, whether we realize it or not.
The book "The Marketing of Evil" by David Kupelian shows us how the Media has gone about selling us
these evils.
- Abraham's servant had water brought for him and his men to wash their feet.
- Joseph's brothers brought water and they wash their feet.
- Lavar of bronze for Aaron and his sons to wash hands and feet.
- Levite washes his feet in Gibeah.
- Abigail had the humilty to wash feet if needed.
- David wanted Uriah to go home and wash his feet, but it wasn't because he thought he had smelly feet.
- God to wash his feet in the blood of the wicked?
- The Shulamite does not want to get her feet dirty after washing them.
- The Messiah has his feet washed.
- The Messiah has his feet annointed with oil.
- The Messiah washed the feet of the disciples.
- Apparently Christians of the early Church followed the Messiah's example.
